Team S2S applies its PMBOK, Lean / Six Sigma experiences, and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to implement and execute quality assurance procedures that ensure we meet the required performance standards and acceptable quality levels. Our inspection methods are utilized prior to deliverables submission and training delivery to provide the highest quality services and products.
